Mask Makers' Workshoppe

You don't have to be an artist to join but you will be an artist when you're finished.
Instruction Only (Supplies not included)
Please join this workshop for creating an artistic mask of your very own. We will draw from the inspiration of the stage and cultural festivals as we use papier maché techniques to create a mask from start to finish. The class is basic and the supplies are few. It is part of a Green Mask Project that uses recycled paper and liquid starch. Please note the following supplies that are listed below. You may have some on hand or may need to purchase others.
SCULPTING THE MASK WITHOUT A FORM
1. Sta Flo Liquid Starch (Blue Bottle)
2. Paper Plate or similar sized card stock.
3. Newspaper or other discarded paper such as computer paper.
4. Craft Paint in your choice of colors.
5. Digital camera for taking pictures of your works in progress.
